Legal: Do You Offer Legal Documentation for Contests and Sweepstakes?

A set of boilerplate contest rules is included with all contests launched on Strutta's platform. They were written to protect you (the organizer), Strutta (the administrators), and the users. You are responsible for ensuring that your promotion complies with all relevant laws, regulations and policies. With a PRO package, you can customize the boilerplate or enter your own terms, but you may incur additional charges should you require outside legal review or changes to the product.

We do not provide rules for sweepstakes or any other promotions run through Mighty Apps. You (the organizer) are responsible to provide legal documentation to support your sweepstakes and promotions run through Mighty Apps.
